Services. Jay's Lawn Care provides Yard Maintenance, Mulching Service, Debris Removal, Property Maintenance, Lawn Care Service, Mulching, landscaping and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.
Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.
Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.
IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by Jay's Lawn Care or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.
Charges. All service fees are agreed in writing in advance. Your service agreement specifies payment schedules and any refund provisions.
Account Closure. Jay's Lawn Care reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.

Choice of Law. LA law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of LA, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Term Changes. Jay's Lawn Care may modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting on this Site, and continued use is deemed acceptance.
